SIDPEC CO2 INDUSTRIAL PLANT

Air Liquide Egypt planned to construct and install a CO2 plant inside Sidi Kreir Petrochemicals Company "SIDPEC" facility in Alexandria - Egypt. The plant makes use of the by-products from SIDPEC facility and converts them into food grade CO2, that is stored as liquid in 250 m3 tanks and then transported by means of road tankers. EGYPTROL, as the consultant, carried out all the engineering design, preparation of tender packages, as well as construction supervision of civil and electromechanical works. The project was successfully commissioned and operated in 2018.
