GABAL ELZEIT SITE FF SYSTEM - EASTERN DESERT

Located on the Red Sea, "East Zeit On-Shore Terminal" is a large field at Gabal el Zeit area for processing, transferring and storing of crude oil, owned and operated by East Zeit Petroleum Company "Zeitco". The field comprised mainly of a large tank farm area, oil and gas plants, workshops, warehouses, helipad and accomodation camp. The firefighting, fire detection and fire alarm systems serving the field didn't provide adequate levels of protection, and a complete re-design of the systems was required. In co-operation with Egyptian Mainetenace Company "EMC", EGYPTROL successfully carried out all the engineering design works for the new firefighting, detection and alarm systems for the filed, as well as preparation of tender packages.
