EGYPTROL Signs a Training and Development Agreement with UEEPC

In our continued efforts to serve and advance the Energy industry in Egypt, and to develop the future leaders in this important sector, EGYPTROL signed a training and development agreement with Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC). Through this agreement, EGYPTROL hired a number of fresh graduate engineers and assigned them to a training program by UEEPC for a period of 12 months. During that period, the young engineers receive power plants operation and maintenance (O&M) classrooms training in addition to O&M on-job training through working in UEEPC power plants. Upon completion of the training period, they join EGYPTROL's growing O&M team. This is the first of such agreements and we intend to extend the experience to other geographical regions and production companies throughout Egypt.

Siemens awards EGYPTROL a Staffing contract in Nigeria

Siemens awarded EGYPTROL a staffing contract to provide the commissioning and operation team for the Azura Edo Power Plant in Nigeria. The first mobilization takes place in late 2017 and the contract runs through 2018.

EGYPTROL Awarded Commissioning Contract in KSA.

EPC Contractor Altoukhi http://www.altoukhi.com.sa/ awarded EGYPTROL the contract for the commissioning services for the HAIL Power Plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With an initial capacity of 368MW with 3 gas turbines, the HAIL plant was converted to combined cycle by adding a 184MW steam turbine and the necessary BOP for this conversion. EGYPTROL is responsible for the commissioning of all the systems and elements related to the upgrade. The contract duration for the complete commissioning of the plant is expected to be not less than 6 months.

EMC awarded EGYPTROL a Design and Engineering Contract

Egyptian Maintenance Company (EMC) awarded EGYPTROL a Design and Engineering contract to generate as-built drawings for Electrical, Process and Piping constructions for the Petronefertiti, Abu Rudeis, South Sinai Project. In addition, EGYPTROL was awarded a contract to perform the Complete Detailed Engineering Services (Mechanical Process, Piping, Civil & Electrical) for the installation of two Gas Compressors (Gas Engine Driven) for Petrosannan.

EGYPTROL Signs Agency Agreement with KEPCO - KPS

In line with our vision to continue be a main contributor in the development of the Power Sector in Egypt, EGYPTROL signed an Agency agreement with Korean service provider KEPCO KPS.

A division of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) http://home.kepco.co.kr/kepco/EN/main.do, KEPCO Plant Services and Engineering (KPS) www.kps.co.ko is the services arm of the Korean Power giant. Established in 1974, KEPCO KPS enjoys a long track record of experience in its fields of specialization which include power plant operation and maintenance (O&M), rehabilitation, performance testing, maintenance and overhauls.

AC Boilers awarded EGYPTROL two Staffing Contracts

The contracts cover the supply of qualified staff for the HRSG commissioning and operation in Alshabab and West Damietta II Power Plants. Alshabab project includes the conversion to combined cycle 2X250MW, while the West Damietta II power Plant is 1X250MW. These awards were repeat business as a result of the successful completion of the previous projects in Banha and Suez Thermal Power Plants.

UNATRAC Awards EGYPTROL Two Contracts in Nigeria

The first is for complete detailed engineering services and construction supervision for a 30 MW Genset power plant at a cement factory in Sokoto. The second is for structural steel design and lightning and earthing systems design for the Olam Modular power plant.

SDX Energy/ Upstream Advisors and EGYPTROL sign a one year Engineering Services Agreement

The agreement is for the Meseda Field Expansion Project. The scope of work includes complete civil, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation detailed engineering to expand the field production capacity from 10,000 bpd to 20,000 bpd
